We are a relatively small team. However, this is for a reason. We take much consideration in choosing our members. There is a process that must be completed before we bring anyone into our brotherhood. This includes our Interview and Internship period. Sounds like a bit much for an airsoft team, we know. The purpose of this is that we take our time molding our interns into the brotherhood. This creates a strong bond within our family that we can utilize to accomplish our objectives on and off the field. We are always wanting to grow our family. INTERVIEW
When we find a potential applicant, we do a background check and contact them in order to setup an interview. The interview is usually done in two parts. A small phone interview then an in person interview where we can more accurately assess your character (Due to the pandemic, interview processes may be altered). We view the interview in the perspective of employers seeking a worthy colleague. Therefore, the interview may be recorded. During the interview we will conduct a series of questions and conversations where you can explain yourself in more depth.
INTERNSHIP
After the interview, our recruiters will come up with a consensus whether to move forward with the applicant to the internship phase. We will then make you an intern of UC:SAD. The internship phase is a time for molding and team building on and off the field to make sure you are ready for your graduation into the team as an operative.

When the application is filled we will read them and if we like what we see, we will contact you directly. Please note, that we can get multiple applications at one time. We may also be interviewing/interning more than one applicant. Know that we put a lot of our time into our members.
